Suppose I'll update this. Haven't done much art in a while.  Most recent project involves an Adventure Time painting on an IKEA side table. With a hole in the middle for a hookah. That's about half done, I have to finish the sky and put a protective top coat on. Some other things I've been tinkering with in my head include paintings for my mother to decorate our house. We've lived here for 6+ years and don't have paintings up anywhere! She likes flowers and textured/weathered typographic things. I'm thinking bright pinks and yellows would spice up the awfully boring colour scheme downstairs. And now that I've been watching my way through Do

I started to write something about how lonely and pained I have been inside lately, but then I remembered my New Year's Resolution: stop giving a fuck. I will start that by working on my art assignments. Just 10 or so left to do...before next Monday. I have to stop feeling sorry for myself all the time. I have all ten fingers and toes. I don't have cancer. I have food in my belly. I have friends. Well there you are. Not a single important thing was said in this. Just scroll on by.

I'm going to pretend that people actually read these things and give you a quick update. I'm exhausted from driving all the way home from Michigan so we'll keep it short and sweet. Lots of awesome things have been going down lately: 1) welcomed my new macbook pro into my life <3 2) also welcomed a lovely pirated copy of the Adobe Master Suite or whatever it is, basically, I now have Photoshop and Illustrator (hallelujah!) 3) shiny new scanner 4) many many new drawings (naked people from my figure drawing class!) and even a silk screen and a painting and some other cool stuff will soon be posted sooo, heads up.
